Due to recent extreme price increases for the components that go into making our cappelletti makers we have decided to end production. After almost a dozen years where we tried to keep the cost of the tool reasonable, these new increases would have almost doubled the price of the tool. Last Christmas was our busiest ever and we sold out of all sizes and styles of our Cappelletti Maker. Although we ordered more cutting heads from the machine shop, they had a hard time delivering to us in a timely manner. We finally received a large batch of cutter heads the end of February 2020 and have been assembling the Cappelletti Makers as fast as we can to get caught up with our back orders and new orders.
